Regional Climate Security Course in Ecuador

Happy to announce the successful completion of the Institute for Security Governance’s inaugural climate security course, hosted by the Armed Forces University of Ecuador. And to have played a role in designing and running the course as assistant director. We could not have asked for a better group of participants for this first course - their expertise and insights helped us to take a critical look at what climate security means in Latin America, and what capabilities are needed to face critical risks from environmental crimes to increasingly severe natural disasters.
