I’m Abby, the founder of Continua.
Throughout my career I’ve specialized in international peace and security, from serving as an army officer, peacekeeper, and diplomat, to leading research that redefines security in the context of environmental harm and systemic trauma. My current work centers on paradigm shifts: moving beyond outdated systems toward inclusive, resilient and regenerative approaches.
