I work with governments, foundations, NGOs and multilateral organizations through both individual workshops and series of meetings or dialogues. My facilitation has produced results including the development of new strategies, policies, and recommendations for global summits; inter-ministerial consensus on governmental priorities and spending; and the design of new mechanisms for monitoring implementation of international agreements.
I create respectful spaces for dialogue, in which all who participate can be heard. In complex processes, I support partners in identifying what matters most and developing approaches which are for the greatest good of all involved.
