I’m Abby, the founder of Continua. For 25 years, I’ve specialized in international peace and security — from serving as an army officer, peacekeeper, and diplomat, to leading research that redefines security in the context of environmental harm and systemic trauma. 

My work centers on paradigm shifts: moving beyond outdated systems toward inclusive, regenerative approaches.
