Berlin Climate & Security Conference 2023

This year’s DCAF session at the Berlin Climate & Security Conference was a great opportunity to present key findings from recent research on the role of the security sector in responding to climate and environmental risks. Together with our experts on the panel and our participants, we were able to explore a range of opportunities and challenges, from military contributions to the SDGs to the need to ensure security institutions focus not only on responding to but also on preventing environmental harm.
